The Hotel Spa offers a real luxury for the senses. Located at the crossroads between Galicia, León and Portugal, it has different spaces and areas designed to ensure harmony and wellbeing for body and mind.

One of the characteristics of the Spa, which is also applicable to the rest of the hotel, is its ability to blend in with nature and the surroundings through the large windows that surround the central pool making it feel like the greenery of the Galician mountains is part of the space.

The circuit includes a jet pool, footbath, mixed sauna, steam sauna, ice fountain, Scottish showers, relaxation area and gym.

The water will be below 36ºC, so we could say that they are warm water applications.

The application of warm water has an immediate relaxation effect on the nervous system similar to sedation and even a state of sleepiness for people who suffer from sleep problems. As the water is between 26º and 36º C, it reduces the body temperature gradually not abruptly, which is why it is highly recommended for people who have difficulty falling asleep or who suffer from physical or mental stress, as well as for those who suffer from anxiety.

The use of a swimming costume, cap and flip-flops is compulsory, if you do not bring them, you can purchase swimming caps and costumes at the hotel. We have lockers and changing rooms for the comfort of our guests.

CHOCOLATE THERAPY

Full chocolate wrap that begins with a scrub to remove dead skin cells followed by the chocolate wrap. This is left to work on the skin to finally finish with a short relaxing massage.
